(Lynne) and Margaret “Peggy” (Jim) Newman; cherished grandfather of 12; proud great-grandfather of 20; beloved uncle of Merre (John) Putnam and John W. (Ginger) Miller. U.S. Army Counter Intelligence Corps veteran of WWII. Memorial Service Saturday, February 15, at 4:00 pm in the Sanctuary of The First Congregational Church of Western Springs, 1106 Chestnut St., Western Springs. A second Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, February 16, at 3:00 pm in Dole Hall at Plymouth Place, 315 N. LaGrange Rd., LaGrange Park. Interment Private.
