Jon was so appropriately named. In 3 all too short months as colleagues, we formed a friendship and spoke pretty much every day, often more than once; we had a good conversation on the morning of the day he passed away. My heartfelt condolences and prayers go out to Julie, Jon and Haley, and to all his family and friends, which number so many. I’ll miss my Croney greatly, as will all who knew and worked with him. He was a real mensch.
My sincerest sympathies goes out to Julie and her family on the passing of her dear husband. Even though I did not know him, I just wanted Julie to know that I share her loss with her as I, too, lost my husband in 2009 at the same age as Jon. The entire Croney family will be in my prayers. May God rest his soul.
Our thoughts and prayers are with your family at this time of shock and loss. May God bless all of you with a measure of peace in the coming days.
My sincere sympathy goes out to Jon’s wife and family, as well as to his family at Cvent. I was a client of Jon’s and am saddened to hear of his passing. He was a joy to work with and he will be missed. My thoughts and prayers to those who knew him.
One of my very best friends. Jon and I were both from Crown Point and went to IU together. 2 years we were roommates at IU and they were some of the best memories of my life. Lived in San Diego with Jon after college as we both struggled to figure out what to do with our new diplomas. My dear friend I will miss you. Warmest personal regards to all of the Croney family.
Text me jim would like to talk to you.
I was shocked and very saddened to hear of the loss of Jon. I am a Cvent client and had been working with Jon over the past few months. He was a gracious, warm and very professional chap.
My thoughts go out to his whole family. To his children I wish the very best for you, Jon I’m sure was a wonderful Father and great role model. Remember that he will always be your Dad, no matter that he is no longer physically with you. He will always be in your mind, your memories and each action you take in the future will be a direct consequence of something he taught you.
It was a privilege to work with Jon. He was a shining example of the way one should be. He was honest, ethical, and caring. He loved talking about his family and it was obvious to all he cared very deeply for Julie, Haley, and Jon. I miss Jon dearly but can take solace in having gotten to know him – even though our time together was too brief.
