Roy F. Bressner, age 82, of LaGrange, IL; beloved husband of Gail nee Sanborn; loving father of Kathy (David) McCabe and Sandy (J.D. Butt) Bressner; dear grandfather of Megan and Sean McCabe; fond brother of Erna Kanellis; uncle of Tony Kanellis; son of the late Cecelia and late Frederick Bressner. Roy was a Marine Corps. Veteran, worked for Montgomery Ward for 36 years, and was a long-time member of the DPMA. He was an avid golfer, boater, bowler, card player and a lover of the great outdoors. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him. Visitation 2 to 8pm on Sunday, Oct. 18 at Hallowell & James Funeral Home, 1025 W. 55^th St., Countryside. Visitation continues Monday, Oct. 19 from 10am until time of service, 11am at the funeral home. Interment Chapel Hill Gardens West Cemetery.
