Byrd Mary Kelly, nee Sullivan, 86, of Naples, FL.  Beloved wife of the late Donald P. Kelly.  Loving mother to Patrick (Lisa), Laura (Richard) Smith and Thomas (Anne). Devoted grandmother of John (Kelly) Kelly, Caroline (Jack) Ryden, Margaret (Phil) Yeager, Kathleen Kelly, Colleen (Peter) Yoo, Brian (Megan) McGrath, Patrick and Matthew McGrath, Kaitlyn Smith, and Sean, Donald, and Peter Kelly.  Adored GiGi to Catherine, Shannon, and Daniel Yoo, Jackson McGrath, and Madeline Kelly. She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Laura Sullivan, and her dear brother, Jack.  She was a great and loyal friend who loved laughter and life. Byrd was a champion for Catholic Education, a staunch supporter of numerous institutions, especially Loyola Hospital and University, DePaul University, the University of Notre Dame, and most dear to her heart, her alma mater, Visitation School.  Visitation 3 to 9 PM Monday, August 8, 2016 at Hallowell & James Funeral Home, 1025 W. 55^th Street, Countryside.  Prayers 9am Tuesday at the funeral home followed by the funeral Mass at 9:45am at St. John of the Cross Church, Western Springs.  Interment at Bronswood Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Visitation Grammar School, 900 West Garfield Boulevard, Chicago, IL  60609.
