She gave of her time, her talent, and treasure to those in need. She faithfully took her children to Sunday School and church at LaGrange Bible Church, and later attended other churches, including her most recent church, Greater Life Christian Center. Carolyn was a prayer warrior for her friends and family. She faithfully prayed everyday when her son-in-law was deployed to the 1991 Gulf War. Carolyn’s serving heart, over the years, led her to open her home to many people, including missionary families on furlough, young single women starting out in life, and young couples in transition.
