Noyan N. Bulut passed away peacefully at home on world series day Wednesday, 11/2/2016, he was 52. He was a lifelong sports and music fan, and though he didn’t get to see a certain Chicago team make it all the way, this die-hard Sox fan would’ve enjoyed the game. Noyan is survived by his brother TImur Bulut, sister Zerrin Bulut, nephews- Dylan Bulut Baus and Spencer Bulut Baus, many cousins, uncles, aunts, and his dog Bo. Noyan graduated from Illinois Benedictine University with a B.S. and had such employers as Good Samaritan Hospital and McDonough Engineering on his resume. In the last few years, Noyan was home rehabilitating after a stroke he suffered in 2012. He had previously volunteered with literacy groups and the American Cancer Society, to name a few- as is the tradition in our family to give back to the community. With that in mind: in lieu of flowers- please consider donating to: American Cancer Society at: www.cancer.org or to the local animal shelter: West Suburban Humane Society www.wshs-dg.org/. Join us for a celebration of Noyan’s life where we will gather to remember him with stories and music. Bring your favorite stories & music to share on Saturday 11/12 1-2:30pm, Hallowell & James, 301 75th Downers Grove, IL. For Service Info: (630) 964-6500
I had the pleasure of knowing Noyan in the 1980’s. I got to jam with Noyan, Jim, Rich, Lester, Kenny, Eddie, Jeff and Dave. I had many great times and memories and appreciate the privilege of knowing and being friends with Noyan. He will certainly be missed.
