Tomas Wolak, age 71; beloved husband of Doreen for 43 years; loving father of Heather (Dan) Alpe and Eric Wolak; dear grandfather of Luke and Kyle Alpe; fond brother of Daniel (Jean) and James (Janice) Wolak; uncle and friend of many. Visitation Tuesday, Nov. 29 from 9:30am to 10:30am at Hallowell & James Funeral Home, 1025 W. 55th Street, Countryside. 11:15 am Mass at St. Cletus Church, LaGrange to follow. Interment private. My heart was so saddened to hear of the passing of Tom. Doreen, Heather, Eric and all other family, you have my deepest sympathy. Tom and I worked at Komatsu for many years. He was one of the original “Chicago Six” and was loved and respected dearly by many. Please know there will be prayers lifted from Tennessee during this difficult time.
