Arthur Earl Keegan Jr., age 87, formerly of LaGrange and Chicago. US Navy Veteran of the Korean Conflict. Former husband of Shirley Keegan-Kollenberg. Devoted father of Arthur (Patricia), Kevin (Tamara), Kelly (Denise), Patrick (Bob Strada) Keegan, and the late Brian Keegan. Cherished grandfather of Connor, Kourtney, Christopher, Nicole, Cole, Megan, Jack, and Thomas Keegan. Dear uncle and friend of many. Visitation 3-9pm Thursday , March 23, at Hallowell & James Funeral Home, 1025 W. 55th St, Countryside. Funeral prayers 9:15am Friday, March 24, at the funeral home chapel with procession following to St. Francis Xavier Church, 124 N. Spring Ave (corner of Spring & Ogden Aves), LaGrange. Mass 10am. I’m so sorry to hear of Art’s death. I’ll always remember Art as a good friend and fraternity brother from days at Chicago Teachers College. Art and I shared some really good experiences. We will keep him as well as his family in our prayers.
