Nancy L. Hayes (nee Mamath) age 76, of the LaGrange Highlands. Dearly beloved wife of Thomas P.; devoted mother of Scott Madden, Patrick Madden, Kelley (Terry) Meyer and Daniel Madden; cherished grandmother of Gretchen (Frank) Krugler, Douglas (Ashley) Madden, Blake Madden and Katey (Tom) Evans; proud great-grandmother of Alexander Krugler and Taylor Madden; aunt of many loved nieces & nephews. Visitation Tuesday, April 25, from 3 until 9pm at Hallowell & James Funeral Home 1025 W. 55th St., Countryside, where a chapel service will be held at 7pm that evening. Cremation private with inurnment at Fairmount-Willow Hills Memorial Park. Memorials can be made to Relay for Life in memory of Nancy L. Hayes “Team Name Camp Bravery”.
