Anna  S. Chlupsa  age 63, of Indian Head Park, Illinois  passed away on July 3, 2017 at  Amita Health Adventist Medical Center in LaGrange, Illinois.  Anna is survived by her loving husband Frank Chlupsa and her loving daughter Erika Chlupsa.  Anna worked for over 20 years at Jewel-Osco in Clarendon Hills. She was loved by so many of her customers and will be dearly missed. She touched the hearts of so many people with her generosity and kindness. She enjoyed relaxing outdoors in the sun and making others laugh. Anna will be missed but never forgotten. Visitation will be held on Friday, July 7, 2017 from 5pm until 9pm at Hallowell & James Funeral Home 1025 W. 55th St., Countryside. Cremation rites will be accorded privately.
