  1. Many memories of growing up with all the girls. So sorry to hear about your Mom’s passing. Prayers for all your loved ones during this time of loss.

  2. With deepest sympathy – The Mezan’s played a huge role in my life as a young girl growing up in Burr Ridge and even now. Stemming from when they use to babysit me and my sisters, I became dear friends with Lori at age 5. The Mezan household was my second home and vice versa. I hold fondly the many memories of swimming at the Ramada Inn where MaryAnn worked, of Mr. Mezan always willing to repair our furnace, the many story telling sessions and “outings” my Dad had with Mr. Mezan, and always stopping at The White Hen on our way to Kenosha charter fishing for groceries. It didn’t matter that Dominicks had more variety or better pricing, it was about seeing “MaryAnn” and “Eddie”. My mom and MaryAnn also had their own outings and stories at the boat. The Mezan’s family unit, faith and the love were so comforting. Mrs. Mezan will remain one of the sweetest, dearest souls – she always made me feel like the 7th daughter and always remembered my name, even the last few years. Her presence will be missed dearly.

  3. A wonderful woman who also babysat me when I was 5 along with Shelia. I was always amazed how she could raise so many girls sanely. All while taking on even more kids 5 days a week. I even remember when she was pregnant with their only son Steven. I hope her loving family and friends remember all the good stuff every day.
