Patricia “Patt” Swanson (nee Voxman), age 83, of Countryside and La Grange. Beloved wife of Raymond Swanson. Loving mother of Jill and Dean (Shari) Swanson. Devoted grandmother of Katherine, Andrew, and Daniel Kram. Patt was born and raised in Faribault, MN to Omar and Jenny Voxman. She met Ray on a blind date in Rapid City, South Dakota. They celebrated their 61st wedding anniversary in March. Patt was devoted to her family and friends and lived her life to the fullest.
Memorial Visitation 3pm to 9pm Monday, April 23, 2018, at Hallowell & James Funeral Home, 1025 W. 55th Street, Countryside. In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Thomas Hospice appreciated. Service Info: (708) 352-6500

So sorry, we had some great times over the years. I will always treasure her friendship. My prayers are with your entire family. I wish I was able to travel and be with Ray if I was able we could play a Memorial round of golf. I was very fortunate to have Patti as a friend, I will miss her.
