Jeff “Booty” Kujawa, age 50, of Countryside. Beloved son of Patti (nee Roganski) and the late Skip Kujawa. Loving brother of Keith Kujawa. Fond cousin and friend of many.
Booty was a lover of all things sport related, including hockey, golf, and Nascar Racing. He was a big fan of the Pittsburg Penguins, Chicago White Sox & Wolves.
