Arthur W. Lukens, Jr.; 71; of Burr Ridge; formerly of Des Plaines; passed away on September 19, 2021. Beloved son of the late Lillian and late Arthur W. Lukens, Sr. Loving brother of the late Elizabeth Frey. Dear uncle of Beth Frey Jorgensen. Cherished cousin of Fred Lukens, Mary Kleidon, Bill Lukens, Karl Lukens, Linda S. Lukens, and the late Robert Crane. The family would like to express their gratitude to his caregivers and nurses. Arthur will be fondly remembered by his colleagues at Precision Packaging.

A memorial visitation will be held 4 to 8pm on Monday, October 4, 2021 at Hallowell & James Funeral Home, 1025 W. 55th St., Countryside, where a Funeral Service will be held at 7pm. Interment will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to “The Karl H. Lukens Forestry Endowed Scholarship Fund” at Michigan State University (A1134).
