Lawrence A. Framburg
Lawrence A. Framburg, age 91, of Chicago & formerly of Western Springs; loving son of the late Raymond and the late Grayce Framburg; dear brother of the late Raymond (Rosemary) Framburg, the late Suzanne Thomas; proud uncle of Brice (Della) Thomas, Lorraine (Tunji) Akande, Carolyn (Stephan) Roselin, the late Eric Framburg, Leah Crowley, Christina (Thomas) Tio, & Sherri (Jason) Deroche; great-uncle to many.
Lawrence graduated from Shattuck in Fairbault, Minnesota. He graduated with a degree in engineering from Purdue University. Lawrence was an engineer and long-time owner of H.A. Framburg & Co. He was an avid tennis player, golfer and sailor and was a member of the Chicago Yacht Club as well as a member and supporter of The Theatre of Western Springs.

I worked for Larry in the 70’s in the shop side of the Bellwood facility.
He attended my 30th wedding anniversary party and I was hoping to invite him to my 50th.
I last saw Larry at the Willowbrook ballroom before it burned.
He was a good man.
