Hedinger, age 93, of Downers Grove, formerly of Bridgeport.  Beloved wife of the late John for 72 years.  Loving mother of Theresa (late Philip) Naso, Pamela (Richard) Hartig and Patricia (John) Manderscheid.  Devoted grandmother of Christina (Steven) Bonnell, Jennifer (Jed) Ayres, Kimberly (Jake) Eyermann, Lauren (Mike) Holloway and Matthew (Cristina) Malusa.  Proud great-grandmother of Josiah, Jeremiah, Ruby, Leo, Ellie, Margo, Sammy and Mila.  Dear sister of Albert, Benedetto and Geraldo.  Betty was preceded in death by her siblings Mary, Josephine, Dominic, Carmela, Dorothy and Jerry.  Betty was a caring friend and neighbor, an amazing cook, and a life-long Elvis fan.  She will be remembered for her spirited personality and unwavering commitment to her family.   Visitation 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. Monday at Hallowell & James Funeral Home, 301 75^th St., Downers Grove, where funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Monday.  Entombment Queen of Heaven Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorials to American Cancer Society appreciated.  Funeral info 630-964-6500
