Mary C. Tischler, age 86, passed peacefully with family by her side; beloved wife of the late James; loving mother of the late Jim Jr. (Janice), late Thomas, Danny (Beth), Dennis (Linda), and Rick (Lea) Tischler; dear Nonna to 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren; fond sister of Mike (Gail) Cassettari; aunt and friend of many. Visitation Thursday, March 10 from 3 to 9pm at Hallowell & James Funeral Home, 1025 W. 55th St., Countryside. Funeral Prayers 10:30am Friday, March 11 from the funeral home to St. John of the Cross Church, 5005 S. Wolf Rd., Western Springs. Mass 11am. Interment private.   3. My dear Cousin…. I will miss you terribly. Because of our distance in miles, we kept in contact always… I will always cherish our childhood days and our grown up times together.. you’ll always be in my heart. My heart goes out to your entire family. RIP…

    You were not just my best cousin, but my friend also! I wish i could be there in person to say Goodbye! But instead I will see you in heaven one day. Then we can talk Italian to each other! I will remember you the last time i saw you last June4 when me and Lynn came to take you out to lunch. I will dearly miss you, Mar. Blessing and sympathy to Danny and family, Ricky and family and Mike and Gail and family!

  8. I’ll always remember the nineteenth hole and my locker partner. We weren’t very good but we sure had fun. So sorry can’t be there but you are in our dreams,thoughts and prayers! You will be sorely missed! Here’s to a hole in one with Jim! God Bless!
