Mary Ann Dahms (nee Kortan), age 83, 53-year resident of Countryside; beloved wife of the late Arthur C. Dahms; devoted mother of Cynthia M. (Tom) Massarello, Christine Drajin, Cheryl (Mike) Thompson and Chuck Dahms; cherished grandmother of Michelle, Jakki, Joe, Danielle, Brandon, Rick (Kelly), Ashley (Tom), Brittany, Amber, Alyssa and Amanda; proud great-grandmother of 9; dear sister-in-law of Grace (the late Jim) Peontke, the late Ken (the late Rita) Dahms, the late June (Anthony) Rocco and the late Lucille (the late Clarence) Svehla; aunt to many. Mary Ann was preceded in death by her mother, Lillian Vilim and sister, Barbara Towne.
Visitation Wednesday, May 25 from 3 to 9 p.m. at Hallowell & James Funeral Home, 1025 W. 55th St., Countryside, where a funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 26 at 10 a.m. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Hillside.
