Marilyn M. King, age 92, of LaGrange. Beloved sister of Shirley A. (late Bill) Goss and the late Lorraine King. Devoted aunt of Sheila Wilfinger, Linda Goss, Michael (Zoe) Goss, Kathleen Welsch, Colleen (Mike) Dyer, Kevin (Tammy) Goss, Daniel (Kasia) Goss, and Michele (John) Svoboda. Cherished grand aunt of 15. Dear great grand aunt of 10.
Marilyn served as a Sister at the Congregation of St. Joseph, LaGrange Park. Marilyn was a dedicated teacher until the age of 72. She received her Masters from Loyola University.
Visitation 3 to 7pm Friday, March 31st at Hallowell & James Funeral Home, 1025 W. 55th St., Countryside. Chapel prayers 9:15am Saturday, April 1st from the funeral home, processing to 10am Mass at St. Francis Xavier Church, LaGrange. Interment to follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Hillside. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Alzheimer’s Association at alz.org.
